DivaDo Becomes a Sponsor of the Miss Georgia USA and Miss Georgia Teen USA Pageants

(Cartersville, Georgia)  September 23, 2009 – The Cartersville-Bartow County Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) is pleased to announce that DivaDo has become an Official Host City Sponsor of the Miss Georgia USA® and the Miss Georgia Teen USA® pageants to be hosted at the Woodland Performing Arts Center November 12-14, 2009. 

DivaDo founder Brandie Park will be on-hand during the Pageant Orientation this Saturday in Cartersville, Georgia to demonstrate to more than 100 contestants how they can “Get the ‘do without the damage.”  DivaDo offers unique volume enhancing hair inserts that are effortless in application.  Clients can enjoy a professional salon style created in the comfort of their home or in just minutes backstage as they prepare to take home the coveted crown.

The Miss Georgia USA® pageant and the Miss Georgia Teen USA® pageant are the state preliminaries for the Miss USA® pageant and the Miss Teen USA® pageant.  The winner of Miss Georgia USA® will advance to the Miss USA® pageant and have an opportunity to compete in the Miss Universe® pageant.  Brooke Fletcher, Miss Georgia Teen USA® 2009, was honored as first runner-up in the Miss Teen USA® Pageant, while Kimberly Gittings, the reigning Miss Georgia USA®, honored Georgia as a Top 15 finalist in the 2009 Miss USA® pageant.
